How to remove odor from handbags

Before you placed any odor remover into your bags, try cleaning the interior and exterior first with a leather conditioner or cleaner.

Following are recommended odor remover that you may consider to use to remove the odor

Tip #1

Baking Soda – Place a container of baking soda inside the handbag. The larger the surface area the better. Heat will help release the odor, so the baking soda can absorb it. You may have to change out the baking soda a couple of times

Tip #2

Charcoal – Place the purse in the box with a dish of activated charcoal if the previous methods failed. You can usually find this type of charcoal in any store that sells supplies for fish tanks. Leave undisturbed for 24 to 48 hours.
